GameHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Complaint

If you believe that content on GameHub infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to SpeisShely@gmail.com containing all of the following information:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
  2. The exact URL on GameHub where the allegedly infringing material is located
  3. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA agent containing: your contact information, identification of the removed material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court.

Repeat Infringers

GameHub reserves the right to terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Processing Time

We aim to review and respond to all valid DMCA notices within 5-7 business days. Complex cases may require additional time for investigation.
